Why I Do This Work
Before becoming a Health Coach, I spent years working in the German Federal Police, including riot police and overseas diplomatic protection.
That environment taught me discipline and resilience. It also showed me how easily chronic stress can destroy health when recovery is ignored.
My own journey through fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and rebuilding my health led me to study nutrition, circadian biology, and holistic health more deeply.
Today I help others restore their energy and resilience through decentralized and a sustainable approach to health.
